Sending/Scanning- Signing Documents Electronically


 You can create an editable PDF of the document and email it as an attachment to the parent/guardian whose signature you require. The parent/guardian can open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC™ and sign using the Fill & Sign feature. They can then email the signed document back to you. Viola! The document has been signed without scanning, copying, or faxing.

Parchment- Ordering a transcript

Using Parchment allows you to send a transcript to yourself (parent, guardian, grandparent) a college, or an employer. You are able to view past/current grades, GPA, attendance, ACT scores, and End of Course exam test results on a transcript. Here are some friendly reminders and sugguestions: Transcripts are updated on a quarterly basis. Using Parchment requires you to create an account. We recommend saving your login information and updating to a personal email once you are close to graduation.  Seniors request a transcript to be sent to the college you are attending at the end of the school year. (We suggest right before graduation.) CCP students send a transcript to the college you applied to.  Take advantage of free transcripts while in high school. CSCC- CCP Placement Testing

CSCC Placement Testing Accuplacer Update Due to the current unavailability of ACCUPLACER, new students who apply to CCP may not be immediately eligible to register for courses. We are awaiting guidance from ODHE on modification of the specific CCP testing requirements outlined in statute, so we are currently unable to use alternate tests for admission to CCP.  However, if students have qualifying ACT or SAT scores on file, they will not be impacted by this interruption.  Once we know more from ODHE, we will be able to re-assess the timeline and move the process forward.  If your students have ACT or SAT scores, you may send score reports to your CCP Advisor or to   ccpadvising@cscc.edu .  We have received lots of questions regarding placement testing. As of today, there is no in-person placement testing. ALEKS is available online through CougarWeb but there is no Reading or Writing placement testing. CCP Guidelines (How to become a CCP student)
